Tvisha Systems Pvt Ltd (TSPL) is the company behind the development of the MooMart brand, website, and mobile applications (Android and iOS). These terms and conditions define the rules and guidelines for using our mobile application, website, and services.

  • Camera and Photos: In delivery boy app, we use camera and photo library permissions to allow you to upload product delivered/ exception images. Your photos remain private and are not shared without your consent
  • 5. Orders and Delivery
  • Orders must be placed through our app.
  • Delivery schedules and fees will be outlined on the app.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion.
  • We will make every effort to deliver your order within the scheduled delivery window, but we do not guarantee delivery times.
  • 6. Pricing and Payment
  • All prices listed on the app are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments must be made through the app using the available payment methods
  • Orders will be processed only upon successful payment
  • 7. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Orders can be cancelled within a specified period before the scheduled delivery.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be handled according to our refund policy.
  • MooMart reserves the right to cancel orders and provide refunds at our discretion

  • We strive to provide high-quality milk, dairy products and groceries.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged or of unacceptable quality, please reach out to our customer support within 12 hours of delivery for a resolution.
  • 9. Use of the App
  • You agree to use the app exclusively for lawful activities.
  • You must not use the app in any way that causes damage to the app or impairs its availability or accessibility.
  • 10. Intellectual Property
  • All content, trademarks, and data within the app—such as text, graphics, icons, and software—are owned by MooMart or its content providers.
  • You are provided with a limited license to access and use the app exclusively for personal use.
